Hi folks!
There was some issue with domain name. The blog was accessible only from www.develworld.net, but not from develworld.net. This is was happen because for Blogger you need setup CNAME record, but CNAME acceptable only for subdomains...Brrr... It's a rubbish, because now everything works fine!
